Strength Training for Men Over 50

Welcome to our small group strength training designed specifically for men over 50! This beginner-friendly program focuses on mastering foundational movement patterns-squat, push, pull, hinge, and lunge to help you build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall health and vitality.


Over the course of the next four weeks, we'll take a deep dive into these essential movements that form the backbone of any effective strength training routine. These foundational movements will not only help you build strength but also maintain functional fitness.
