Strength Training For Men Over 50
This small group is designed specifically for men over 50! It's a beginner-friendly program focusing on mastering foundational movements. We will take a deep dive into these essential movements that form the backbone of any effective strength training routine. These foundational movements will not only help you build strength but also maintain functional fitness.

Strength Training For Women
This is a women's beginner-friendly strength training class. The focus is on mastering the foundational movements squat, push, pull, hinge, and lunge. Over the course of program, the group will learn these foundational movements and their numerous variations.​ Join Jack for an empowering fitness journey that prioritizes community and achieving your goals!​

Living Well
This Small Group Training Class is tailored specifically to women over 50 who want to regain their vitality and improve their overall health. Certified personal trainer Amy Goldstein, hosts this fun and invigorating class which covers important topics such as strength, posture, balance and flexibility. The class size is kept small to ensure focused attention to each member and to any restrictions they may have.

Pickleball Clinic
ESC is excited to offer Pickleball Clinics with our trainer Amy Goldstein. This small group training is focused on improving your Pickleball skills. Whether you are a beginner or an Intermediate/Advanced player, Amy will help you take your game to the next level through targeted drills and personalized coaching. ​​​​

Girls Who Lift
Join our 6-week Introduction to Barbell Series, specially designed for girls aged 13-17! Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm to learn the foundations of strength training in a supportive and empowering environment. This series will help you build confidence strength, and lifelong fitness habits. Get ready lift and grow with us!

Youth Perfomance Trainig
Join us for Youth Performance Training with certified personal trainer Jack Harris every Wednesday at 3:00 PM! Designed for grades 6-8, this program focuses on strength training, plyometrics, full body workouts, speed, and agility.
